Thank you Kathy for allowing us to show Blair.
He has been quite a challenge, as you are the most important being in his life and he looks for you all over!
He is maturing beautifully, a big, strong boy, his movement is everything the standard requires.

He and his sister were titled on the same day at the same show.

Blair and Kathy now concentrates on Dog Dancing,
the Love of their Lives.
In Kathy's own words...
"Despite the challenges that 2021 brought, it has been a very successful year for Blair and I with our Dog Dancing.
Video competitions were introduced in January so we had live and video competitions - 12 in total, one per month.
We performed 4 routines in the year - 1 to finish off the Intermediate level and the other 3 in the Advanced level.
Out of 12 competitions - we got qualifications in 11.
We gained our
South African Musical Freestyle (Veterans) Champion title.
At the same time I was entering the WCFO monthly Video Competitions and also qualified and gained our
WCFO International Musical Freestyle Champion title.
We entered two more competitions - the KUSA National Dog Dancing Competition and was awarded the
KUSA National Dog Dancing Musical Freestyle (Veterans) 2021 title.
Then there was the SA Dog Dancing Championships and we were awarded the Reserve SA Dog Dancing Champion.
For 2022, we are working towards our
SA Grand Champion title (we need 12 QC's and already have 9)
and
WCFO Perfect Dance Partner title (we need 5 and already have 2).
Now it is time to say thank you:
To all the judges both in South Africa and overseas, thank you for recognizing that our routines are worthy of a qualification. Your feedback has always been so positive, and any suggestions always help to improve our dancing.
To my fellow dog dancers thank you for all your encouragement this year."
Kathy and Blair have also been competing in Trick Dog during 2022
and Blair is now also a Trick Dog Champion.
This makes Blair the first Venron dog to title in
Musical Freestyle and Trick Dog.
